Alright, it’s that time of year again to get fit! Spring has sprung and I know I have gained a few pounds over the winter and I’m not as fit as I once was… As an EHS Professional I feel it is important to lead by example when it comes to health and wellness, so I need to get moving!
How can one lead by example?
