It is nice having the opportunity to train and shape the employee’s outlook on safety right from the time they step foot on my project and go through the orientation. But there is nothing like being in the field and seeing all the programs and training you done put to use. I’m going to vote Field just because I enjoy the interactions with the employees and seeing everything I’ve trained them on put to use. His reply, "my days off". If my favorite part of the job was time off, I would find another job. I like the interaction of training. I get to see everyone here and talk with them. I get instant feedback. I get to see reactions to new ideas. If you notice, all the aspects listed begin with "I get". So, is that office or field?
